I’ve done a lot of writing and story development for novels and screenplays, but I haven’t published anything yet. I hope to change that in 2026 or 2027.

The Leash Program

The novel I’m working on currently is a character-driven sci-fi / fantasy story. It follows an ex-convict who has 6 months to turn her life around under the supervision of a robot dog who is both her potential executioner and new best friend.

It has a little bit of everything tone-wise. I consider it to be a hopeful dystopian story and broadly about trying to rebuild oneself and society as a whole.

I think it would appeal to fans of Star Wars (particularly Andor and Rouge One). And Murderbot Diaries. 

Favorites

Films: The Matrix, The Avengers series, Kill Bill 1/2, Memento, Harry Potter series

TV: There’s really too many to list, but for the very top… Drama: Lost, Chuck s1-3, Breaking Bad, Dark, Supernatural, Smallville, Firefly. Comedy: It’s Always Sunny, The Office, Brooklyn 99. Anime: Naruto, The Last Airbender, Assassination Classroom

Books: I’m in the process of trying to find more authors I like. I’ve been reading a lot more the past couple years and tried several best sellers in sci-fi / fantasy, but most lose me in the first 20%.

Blake Crouch is my favorite author so far though. I enjoyed Dark Matter and Recursion; and I’m currently reading Wayward Pines.
